can't uninstall bad update

I got the january 8th pack of bad updates and was able to uninstall all but
one (probably the real culprit) kb935509 won't give me the option of
uninstalling it. i go to "view installed updates" and first of all the data
that's normally to the right of all my updates is missing and when i
highlight kb935509 up top where it normally says "organize" then "views" then
"uninstall" the uninstall is missing for that update only. to make matters
worse this update ate all my system restore points so using system restore to
go back before I installed the update is out of the question. how do I get
this thing off my computer.

OK, what 'thing' on what version of Windows ? Small details do matter,
no matter if it's KB9315509 or " Queen for a Day ", is there an entry
for it in Installed Programs ?
