Can't uninstall programs

So i recently got macromedia flash cs3

i have flash 8, so i wanted to uninstall it
i went to the uninstall programs, clicked on flash 8, but the
"uninstall/remove" button is not there

i clicked on it, its not there!
so i went to the program files folder and to the flash 8 folder, but i cant
find an uninstall application anywhere or anything

how can i uninstall it if i cant in the uninstall program files and the
program files folder!?
