Can't update BITS 2.0 plus

Hello

Auto update did not work - went to manual download site - downloaded and
update won't work.

Get message 'setup could not verify integrity of update.inf. Make sure
Cryptographic service is running. '

Checked services and Crytographic is started.

Help please. Thanks!

Renaming or deleting the Catroot2 folder is most likely what you
need to do to solve the problem.

I have created a batch file that does this for you.

Look for fixdb.bat under "Error 0x800710D9 Unable to read from
or write to the database". Download and run it.
