Can't Update Outlook 2003 and Office 2003

These two updates are not installing properly on my computer:

Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB931764)
Error Code: 0x80070643

Office 2003 Service Pack 1
Error Code: 0x80070643

1. Log in as an administrator and go to control panel - administrative
tools -
services.
2. Look for Office Source Engine. If it is disabled or off, then step 3
& 4 will
probably be the fix.
3. Right click on Office Source Engine and select properties. On the
general tab
at STARTUP TYPE select Automatic.
4. If SERVICE STATUS: Stopped, then click on Start and try your updates
again.

Common cause of this error is due to registry cleaners. Have you used one lately?

otherwise
You receive an "Error 80070643" error message when you try to update Office 2003 by using
Software Update Services
