can't update,Time error msg shown

when i click on "scan computer 4 update" on windows update,
a error msg saying the time settings r wrong. it recomended to
chk the time settings.i double chked.time zone and time r correct.
found a new option chked -"sync with microsoft time serv".. unchked that
option
thinkin it might be the problem..restarted n still got error...
1st time using 2003..help appreciated thks..

Double check the year as well.
