can't update windows 2003 Ent + Exchange 2003

Hi.

i'm using the Windows 2003 w/sp1 and Exchange 2003 on HP DL760 G2

my machine won't update by windows update.

why can't update on update sites and manually update?

when a manual update, stay inspecting... on update screen.
