Hello there: We have (3) XP Pro SP2 workstations on our LAN that we simply
cannot seem to update. Windows Update fails before even displaying the
express or custom buttons. Others can update just fine. Fyi, we have SAV
v10 & Webroot on our LAN. Think we have disabled Webroot completely on
questionable workstations. We've tried reinstalling GAV, Win3.1 Installer,
etc., but nothing seems to help. Other (2) workstations offer different hex
codes, but same error. Any ideas?

Thanks.
