Capturing an image from a video call

Hi. I was wondering how to capture an image from a video call. It doesn't
have to be the whole video session, just a single frame capture to a .jpg
file. I thought about Snag-It but that's a bit expensive. Is there anything
cheaper out there? I am using Windows XP. Thank you.

Press Shift+Prt Sc (button next to F12) to copy an image to your clipboard.
Then you can trim this in Paint for example...
