I cannot update Windows no longer. I have 150 CAT (catalog security files)
files in the CatRoot folder. Windows Updates always fails and even updating
the file Updates manually. I have heard this is the limit of CAT files
before Windows Updates start to have problems.

I know I can delete all the CAT files but then the System Filer Checker will
not work properly and I do not want to disable SFC. Is there any other work
around.
