Catching the messages on the fly

We want to catch the messenger messages on the fly and encrypt it on the
sender side, and decrypt on the receiver side. When both clients are using
dll files concurrently, receiver incoming function is not working. It works
only if sender doesn't use his dll?

Any help?

It's a fact that it does not work with messages a´n other add-in is sending.
You have to figure out an alternative way of sending messages with COM.
