CAUTION BEFORE I LOAD SP2

I've just come back from holidays and my PC has a prompt to load SP2. Before
I do, a couple of quesitons if someone can help.
1. I have Adaware/Adwatch active on my system - does this create any hang
issues/ conflict issues.
2. My recolelciton is the download monitor module stops all attachments from
being loaded - including *.doc etc (which I need for work) - is there a way
to disable this function or give users the opportunity to over-ride and
release blocked files?

All known and unknown issues need to be resolved before installing
SP-2:
