Factory Installed Vista Home Basic 32 bit

I did a sfc /scannow ,
and it shows
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files was unable to fix some of them
Details in CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS log
for example C\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.Log
C\ Windows\System 32 >and at the end here a button keept on blinking for a
long time till I closed the window.
Is there a System file like this or is it a left over from the CBS Web like
TV news and so on, I been to often

thanks
allready had googled a few pages on this
will try and find the corrupt files and then try to find good ones
to replace them
