OK, of the updates on your list, I had installed:
KB893066
KB893086
So maybe it's one of those two. I've gone back into Add/Remove Programs in
the control panel and removed all of the updates I installed over the past
day or so, but it hasn't fixed anything.
Apparently this isn't an isolated incident.
