CD drive is not working

Hi all

In my laptop when I am trying to view CD (E: drive folder ) , the
system will push the CD into outside and will show the following message

'Please insert the cd' . the system is showing E drive in its explorer ,
But I can't play the CD . At any time when I an trying to play , the CD will
be rejected into outside . Please it would be very helpful if you can provide
me a solution.

Hmm - interesting article - if pretty useless!
I wonder why they haven't fixed the bug??
