Try in my computer click the cdrom drive right click and choose eject if
nothing happens te cd-door is jammed or the drive is broken down, if the
door opens than the eject button is damaged, since it is new it should have
warranty.
This is not a windows update issue but a hardware issue you posted in the
wrong group.
