I have tested two different Live ID on my Live Messenger (latest version)
with exactly the same configuration on one computer:

Connected directly to .NET Messenger Service, using wired connection,
through UPnP IP restricted NAT (administrator).

One of my account is able to receive and send webcam fine. The other account:
- If my friend send the webcam request/invitation, it will never reach me.
- If I send the request/invitation, they will see it, but when they accept,
the confirmation never reach me.

Since I have no problem at all with the other account, it seems the problem
lies on that specific account. Anything I can look at? Thanks.

I'd like to take a look at your connection log. Can you do the following:

1) Enable connection logging (this will log out to msnmsgr.txt).
2) Sign in with the account that works.
3) Receive a webcam request and accept it. Let it connect.
4) Sign out and sign in with the account that doesn't work.
5) Receive a webcam request and accept it.
6) Email the msnmsgr.txt log to . Please note the
email address that works and the email address that does not work.

Thanks,
