The wizard cannot be started because of one or more of the following
conditions:
-There are no trusted certification authorities (CAs) available
-You do not have the permissions to request certificates from the available
CAs.
-The available CAs issue certificates for which you do not have permissions.

I'm a Enterprise/Domain Admin rights, I have just installed an Enterprise
CA. I'm using the Certificate Request Wizard trying to get a cert for a
server.

I can't find out why I'm getting this error.

Thanks

Charlie,

Here are some areas you might want to look into:

1. Is your DNS set up correctly? Make sure all of your clients are only
pointing to internally controlled DNS servers and not the DNS servers of your
ISP.

2. Is your client able to access the CRL of hte certificate server? The CRL
could be in a few different places depending on how you set up the
certificate server. It could be on a file on the server, a website, or part
of the directory.

3. You don't have permissions to read the CRL.
