I just tried it. I cannot understand why there are multiple entries for
many file types, and then at the same time most of them seem to be, missing
altogether. For the file types that it does display, it only seems to allow
changing Open and Edit, and does not show you what the current existing
entry is.
I've been looking for a free alternative to File Type Doctor for at least 16
months. It can't be that difficult to make something as good as that, as
all it is is an interface to those keys in the registry.
