Change Automatic Update Policy on local machine

Hi Guys.

When I was a university I changed the settings on my laptop to retrieve
updates from a university server. Now that I am no longer on campus I
am trying to revert back to 'normal' automatic updates.

I thought this was set by an option under Local Security Settings but I
can't seem to find it.
I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to change this setting
