Hi;
No changes in the WU/MU/AU software lately. Sounds as though someone has
used the Wuau.ADM module in the Policy Editor to adjust the behavior of AU.
If you aren't the System Admin for those computers, suggest you check with
the person who holds that office. If you are that person, take a look at
the Wuau.ADM settings for the policy-driven behavior on how the "install and
shutdown" method is deployed.
