Change default display in Windows Explorer

If you right click in the right hand side of Windows Explorer and
select Properties / Customize there is a box "Use this folder as a
template" with a check box underneath to apply to sub folders.

Is there a way of making it default to "All Items" all the time.
Sometimes it is set to Music or Documents or Pictures and Videos which
don't display all info.

This is really annoying as I like to see all file info all the time.

Any help appreciated.
