Greetings Charles,

This info is just stored in the registry and easy enough to remove.

To do so, just close Messenger, then download and run this .reg file.
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...movewlmreg.reg

Note that this will delete your other Messenger settings too.

Just restart Messenger after this and everything should be back to default.

Hi,

I don't know the exact keys off hand nor do I have time to test it today. But most likely
it's the MainWindowRect and WindowMax found in H_C_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger
and/or the IMWindowMax, and IMWindowRect, found in
H_C_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\PerPasspo rtSettings\anumber

Where anumber is the representation of your Windows Live ID which you can calculate here:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/msngrid.aspx

You should be able to delete said values individually and have Messenger recreate them when
it starts up next without any problem.
