The Change Display Picture option box is grayed out. How do I "Un-Gray" the
box? Also, when I try and change the display Picture to a JPG file, I get a
message that says the file is the wrong format.

Greetings Cole,

Open up a conversation window, and drag your JPG image into the box where your display
picture is and see what happens.

I have the same problem. Have tried .bmp, .jpg, and .gif, always get a
message that says the file is the wrong format. What is the work around?
