change home page

I was trying to change my home page the same way as I was used to in IE 6,
by dragging the address to the home button. I can't seem to do this in IE
7. Is this possible? If not, this should be considered for future betas.

actually it isn't the address, but the icon beside the address that I would
drag.

If you Right click on the Home Icon, you can then click on "Change Home
Page" and it gives you 3 different options.
