how to change screen area and color?

my computer somehow got this virus and my dad killed my computer stuff and
now i can not get the option to change my screen area or color if anyone
knows how to get it back download or anything please help and respond the
first time igot the pc i got the choice 2 change it

it sounds like you need the driver for your video card, find out what card
you are using and go to the manufacturers web site for a download
