Change Shutdown Screen?

Running Vista Home Premium (clean install) 64 bit, how can I change the
shut down screen from Sleep to shut down? I would rather have the
default as "shut down."

If you create a shortcut you can shut down with

Power Options | Advanced Settings | Power buttons and lid | Start menu
power button

Set to: Shut Down

Done.

If you go into power options there is an option to "set what the power
buttons do" in advanced this allows you to set what happens when you
press the start menu option, case power button etc. Make sure you set it
for the power scheme you use
