Is possible in VPC2007 change the location where is *.vud undo disk created
? Default is the same folder where is *.vhd disk, but I need change it to
different drive.

Undo disks are placed wherever the .vmc file is, move that and it will
move. (you actually have to apply the changes on shutdown, move the
VMC, reassociate it with VPC2007 and then start up the VM.)
