Go to
https://login.live.com and sign in with your existing credentials. You
should see your account page when you've logged in. One of the first options
is to change your email address.
Remember, it can take up to 48 hours for your account information and
contacts will automatically transfer to your new Windows Live ID. So you may
need to have a little patience as this process is completed.
