Changed location of Favorites folder and now cannot create Favorit

I changed the location away from the drive/partition containing my Vista
installation and now I can't create Favorites any longer. If I restore it to
the original location, I can.

Again, let me renew my call for the proper handling of this issue by
Microsoft. In case anyone from Microsoft listens, please issue a patch to
address this matter, w/o having to recourse to awfully roundabout
command-line instructions artifices. This is obviously a bug, and deserves a
proper treatment.
