Changed SID now can't access user accounts

My SID was recently changed and upon restarting, all the user accounts
were ' Guest Accounts '. There were no administrator accounts and I
could not access my previous accounts in the C:/Users folder. I tried to
system restore but "There was an unexpected error: Class not registered
(0x80040154) Please close System Restore and try again" popped up.

What can I do to access those folders again?

Hi,

Generally, no one user has full and unfettered access to other user account
folders, this is by design. You would normally have to alter permissions
from an admin account for this.

Please describe how your SID was changed.
