Changing icons

Several of the icons on my desk top change from the icon I selected. These
are links to web pages. For a while it seemed like I resolved the problem
when I finally got the desktop to keep the icons small, but now the icons
change on their own. They don't always revert back to the original icon.
It is rather irritating if not overly important like some of the other
issues with VISTA!
