Changing language in speech recognition

Hello,
I'm running a computer with a French version of Vista Home Edition and I
would like to use the speech recognition tool in English language. When I go
into the advanced parameters part of the configuration interface I only seem
to have the French language part installed. Can anyone tell me if there is a
way of downloading an English driver?

In the retail environment, only the Ultimate and Business editions can
change languages. So no, you can't change the language on the computer and
software you have.
