Changing Menu speed

Hi there, somewhere in the registry you can change the value of the time it
takes to open the menus in vista. Does anybody remember where that value
is?? Thanks in advance

Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Visual Effects

Uncheck the 'fades or slides'..
