does any one know of any way to change the recording quality.
i used to be able to do this on mc 2002
i have a freecom dvb tv tuner, and the quality of recording is so high that
i cant play back the videos without them stuttering.

i have a htpc i built, dual core amd 64 4200 with 2 gb ram 1tb raid and
nvidia 7600 gt, so playabck shouldnt be an issue.
i am running vista ultimate 64bit.

the bitrate for video is 159498kbs 59 fps.
so basically there is no point recording because i cant play back smoothly.
