Hello 2010,
If they still able to reach each other after your changes not. Start with
the DC/DNS servers in the domain and after change run ipconfig /flushdns
and ipcnfig /registerdns and restart the netlogon service. Then go on with
the other servers.
For the clients make sure that DHCP servers can give address leases over
the router. Normally DHCP cannot be routed, except you have a router that
is able to forward DHCP requests or you have to use a DHCP relay agent in
the other subnets.
