Hello,

Did anyone tried to define a fixed size swap file ?
I did, everything looks OK, size is correct in registry, but after
reboot, Vista keeps creating a 1GB swap file when I am asking for 512MB.

Thanks for helping

PS: I have 512 MB RAM

System managed is better.
You want to set it to 512?
Why?
my "swap file"in XP is 1.29gb and in vista nearly 2Gb.

Very few disk on this PC, trying to see what I can do to save some space.
And anyway I do not plan to run heavy application on it, just internet
browsing, so no real need for 1GB swap.
