Changing uses

Hi
Just upgraded to Vista Ultimat on my note book. Loving it so fare. M
girlfriend uses it to, and when I switch user my internet connection i
droped. I never used to have that problem in Win Xp. I have a US
Broadband Modem.
Can any body help with a fix so that I do have to dail up every time
change user...
