Changing Vista orbs?

How do you change the start menu orb? I dled some realyl nice ones, bu
I'm at a loss as to wha to do with it. Google gave me nothing

Start orb is located under Windows Aero Visual Style that i
aero.msstyle (C:\Windows\Resources\Aero) as a PNG file.

ResHacker has not been updated for ages, so I do not know if it works on
