changing to Windows 7

Will someone please help?
1-I am using Windows Mail with Vista and store my mail in an external drive
keeping same format (exporting them).
As Windows Mail is not with Windows 7 how may I read a stored mail when
changing to Windows 7?
2-How may I keep my email address (not hotmail) when changing from Vista to
Windows 7?

Which email program will you use with Windows 7?
