Hmmm...

The bad part is that we can only assume what you are talking about.
- Online technical support with Microsoft via email?
- Direct instant message?
- These peer-to-peer newsgroups?
- Something else entirely, like some application you are trying to use?

This is not a chat "process". This is a worldwide distributed newsgroup.

Some of the main groups are hosted on Microsoft servers - to be sure - but
many of them are "replicated" and "archived" in hundreds of thousands of
other servers. Many of them would probably continue functioning if
Microsoft dropped their servers completely.

You seemed to have posted something similar before here, with the subject
that may be more telling that the meat of the message:
"Error Code: 0x8024200D"

Are you trying to install SP2?

Download the full version. Try installing that.
