This has been going on for months or so.. I thought maybe it would go away
but it hasn't .. It has gotten worse (happening even more now) If either or
both people are offline it will tell you ..The message has not been sent to
all recipients... If ya both online then u just dont get anything. You
dont know the other person isnt receiving your messages. Its not only
happening when i send to people. Its also other people that it is happening
to when they send to me or even other people. Maybe they need more servers
to handle all the millions of people who use Windows Live Messenger ? This
is the only problem i encounter with Windows live.. Its a BIG problem but
the only problem
