How to check if File and Print Sharing is enabled?

Is there any way to verify if File and Print Sharing is enabled using
scripts?

I'd think you would need to verify the firewall is enabled and File/print
sharing is enabled

E:\>netsh firewall show config

Domain profile configuration (current):
--------------------------------------------------------------
Operational mode = Enable
Exception mode = Enable
Multicast/broadcast response mode = Enable
Notification mode = Enable

Service configuration for Domain profile:
Mode Customized Name
--------------------------------------------------------------
Enable No File and Printer Sharing
Enable No Remote Desktop
