I do not agree that the the Print Preview menu offers a "limited
choice" of sizes.
The menu allows you to choose from "Shrink to fit", 30%, 50%,
60%, 70%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 125%, 150% and 200%. It
follows that you can choose from no less than 12 pre-set options.
If you require additional fine tuning, you can use the "Custom"
option, which will accept any figure between 30% and 999% (in
steps of 1%). In my opinion, that is not a "limited choice"
As far as margins are concerned, I accept that the flexible
margin feature feature does not display numerical settings.
However, Internet Explorer offers the alternative option to set
precise margins - in inches (to three decimal places), or in
millimetres (to two decimal places). The defaults are 0.750
inches or 19.05 mm (all round) - depending upon the regional
settings of your computer.
