CIECW wizard fails at network configuration

'm running SBS 2003.

When I run CIECW wizard it keeps failing at the network configuraton stage,
the ICW log file is attached,

Does CEICW complete properly if you change your Subnet Mask on the SBS NIC
to 255.255.255.0 (it is now: 255.0.0.0)?

Is SBS set up to handle DHCP for the network (SBS likes to be in charge)?
If not, and the SBS 2003 BPA does not show any other problems, turn off DHCP
on the router and then re-run CEICW to set up the SBS server to handle DHCP
service for the LAN.

Thanks again for your reply.
Will try changing subnet to see what happens. Theie do not appear to be any
other significant problems in BPA.

DHCP is disabled as I have DHCP running from an external broadband router.

CEICW 'appears' to be failing when it tries to configure the Windows Time
service (w32time). Is that service enabled and running on the SBS server?

Thanks for that, it would appear that there is a problem with w32time.
It would appear that the time sevice is not currently running and fails when
I try to restart it.
