Cingular Novatel U730 card not working on build 5600

Cingular Novatel U730
Most recent versions of drivers, firmware, and using MOBILINK connection
manager.

Attempt to connect, it says "READY", "CONNECTING", "AUTHENTICATING" then
ERROR 628: Something about remote sire disconnecting.
