How to a clean up old updates from WSUS

I have a bunch of extra updates that I don't need (Gogblesvokian SP 3 for
Outlook 97 etc) and my WSUS server is using 67 gig of space, I've gone in and
declined the updates yet they are still taking up space.

Is there a way for me to figure out which updates are able to be deleted or
force WSUS to remove them?

I'm not an expert, but I think this command could do the job:
wsusutil deleteunneededrevisions

You can find wsusutil in:
C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools
of course if you have done a standard installation
