"Clear Recent Items List" is missing

When I right-click on Recent Items there is no option "Clear Recent
Items List".

Maybe someone here (Brink?) can help you get that context menu option
back.

In the mean time, if you right-click on "Recent Items", and then selct
Explore or Open, it will open a Windows Explorer window that show all
the shortcuts that appear in that list. From there, you can click
Organize->Select All and then Organize->Delete to clear the Recent Items
list.
