Clearing Old Activesync account in Outlook 2002

Hey guys!

Got a small question to ask:
I used to synchronise my ActiveSync email account with my
laptop at home, but then decided to use it for work. So I
deleted the partnership from both the laptop and the PDA
(which is a Dell Axim X5 if you wanted to know), but I
have found that all of the emails, and sub folders that
were on my home email account are still there.

Any way to completely delete all? Apparently the Manage
Folders should work, but it is greyed out.

Please help!

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Unfortunately, you will not be able to delete the folders created. It
replicates the folder structure on the Desktop. The mails can be deleted by
selecting all (Ctrl + A) on the on-screen keyboard and then tap and hold the
selected mails to delete them all.

"Manage Folders" option is for Accounts that you create on your PPC not for
ActiveSync (Inbox) folder and hence it will appear greyed out. Since you
have deleted the partnership, and will be using Work computer to setup a new
one, the Inbox folder structure of your work computer will replace the one
on the PPC when you select Inbox of that computer as an item to be
synchronized. So you don't necessarily have to delete the messages or the
folders from the PPC.
