Clearing Windows Vista Folder History - Please help!!!!

Alright, here it is:

I have files on my computer that I really don't want other people
getting on, but I don't really want to do different user accounts and
passwords.

The files are well hidden and no typical user would have any idea where
they are.

Herein lies the problem:

Whenever you open ANY folder, it lists folders that you've viewed in
the past. Not the most recent folders or anything, it just has random
folders that have been visited. Some that don't even exist anymore.

How do I clear that information? I tried using the Folder Options,
tried to get rid of the "Recently Viewed" settings, but nothing has
worked.

How to I reset the "PREVIOUS LOCATIONS" in the folder taskbar?!

Easiest way - flash drive or external drive , just plug in .
