Click on "Install Now" to get the latest WIndows Update does nothi

We are running one W2K Server w/SP4that we'd like to update, however once you
navigate to windowsupdate.microsoft.com, a page loads to prompt you to update
to the latest version of Windows Update. Once you click "Install Now'
nothing happens.
Have rebooted the Sevver a few times but to no avail, same situation.

Appreciate replies!

One note- once you lick the "Install Now' button the page displays "Windows
Update is Downloading and Installing the updated software"
